The Grand Hotel Philadelphia opened its doors in May 2005 and is located in the Rotterdam shipping-quarter (Scheepvaartkwartier).
Our hotel was created after the thorough renovation of 3 classic buildings. It offers 20 large rooms, a Grand Cafe Restaurant, 2 private meeting rooms and its own Philly’s bakery.
The Grand Hotel Philadelphia is not an ordinary hotel! The hotel is a training project for mentally disabled young people, who are gaining experience in various departments of the hotel.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 12.50 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 6 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
5.5 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included.
Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 7.14 per hour.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs EUR 12.50 per person per night.
Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 16.50 per day.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
